Description

MetaDigest® Lacto Metagenics is a dietary supplement designed for people with lactose intolerance.
The high lactase enzyme content (9,000 FCC units per capsule) promotes the breakdown of milk sugar, reduces discomfort, and improves digestion after consuming dairy products.

This supplement is effective with the consumption of whole milk and products containing significant amounts of lactose.

Active ingredient

1 capsule contains:

Mushroom-derived lactase (Aspergillus oryzae) – 9,000 FCC units

Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Product Properties

This product helps:

- improve lactose absorption;

- reduce flatulence;

- reduce bloating and discomfort;

- normalize gastrointestinal function.

One capsule provides enough enzyme to break down lactose from approximately 400 ml of whole milk (approximately 20 g of lactose).

Indications

Recommended for:

- lactose intolerance;

- consuming dairy products that cause bloating, heaviness, and discomfort;

- symptoms of digestive imbalance after consuming dairy products.

Directions for Use

Take 1 capsule with a meal containing lactose.

Lactose tolerance may vary among individuals.

For severe lactose intolerance, consult a physician regarding dairy consumption and enzyme dosage.

Special Instructions

Diabetics should be aware that normal lactose digestion may increase blood glucose levels when consuming dairy products.
