Returns and Exchanges of Health & Medical Products at AV Peptide

We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our customers and therefore comply with Ukrainian regulations regarding the return and exchange of medical, health-related and nutraceutical products. Most of these items cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality. However, we always review cases involving manufacturing defects, damage during delivery or order fulfillment errors.

Safety First

Health-related products are subject to strict hygiene and safety rules. Opened, used or damaged (due to customer actions) products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns for Quality Issues

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, transport damage or an incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Legal Compliance

All return and exchange policies comply with Ukrainian legislation, including categories of goods that cannot be returned if they are of proper quality.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Possible

  • Manufacturing defects. Packaging defects, labeling issues, inconsistencies with product specifications.
  • Damage during delivery. Packaging damage documented when receiving the parcel.
  • Order fulfillment mistakes. Wrong item or incorrect quantity in your order.

We review each case individually to offer the best possible solution.

How to Submit a Request

  • contact us within 1–3 days after receiving your order;
  • provide photos of the product and packaging;
  • wait for a manager’s response with the next steps;
  • ensure original packaging and documents are preserved if returning the item.

We aim to resolve each situation quickly and respectfully.

When Returns Are Not Possible

  • the product was opened or used without objective reasons;
  • protective seals or packaging were damaged;
  • storage conditions did not meet manufacturer recommendations;
  • missing parts, packaging or essential documents;
  • no confirmed evidence of defects or damage.

Important Note

Due to the specific nature of health and medical products, items of proper quality cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
