Delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates. Estimated timing and details are confirmed by our manager.
Payment methods
- Cash payment. Available for pickup or when receiving your parcel at a Nova Poshta branch.
- Card payment. Fast and secure Visa/Mastercard payment. Available online or (if supported) at the branch/courier.
- Bank transfer (invoice). Suitable for individuals and companies. We provide an invoice for bank payment.
Once you place your order, our manager will clarify your payment option and provide details if needed.
Delivery methods
- Pickup. You may pick up your order at our pickup point at an agreed time.
- Nova Poshta (branch). Delivery across Ukraine. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
- Parcel lockers. Receive your parcel at any Nova Poshta locker 24/7.
- Courier delivery. The courier delivers directly to your address — fast and convenient.
Delivery cost depends on weight, size and region. Calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
Order processing
After placing your order, we contact you for confirmation, prepare the shipment and provide a tracking number.
